There are six Extra Cases in all, all of which serve to completely refill your stamina. One is in the prologue, two are in Episode 1, and three are in Episode 2. Nothing more needs to be done for the cases; select them, watch the cutscene, get credit.

The prologue should be done just before you head for the bathroom to end the episode and start on the next episode. Episode 1 is fairly long if you take the time to do extra cases, but it's best to break it up as one before the stunt scene activated by talking to Roland Walken, and the other before collecting all the clues on the plane. Episode 2 isn't quite as long. First meal around getting locked into the cargo container, second before opening the door you need to power up, third before inspecting the black jacket.

Milki Teathis achievement has my progress at 117%, 7 out of 6 cases completed.... glitched?

GeoffistophelesI've never heard of an achievement overcounting, just stopping at 100%. One possible solution is the tracking glitch. Exit the game completely, take your console offline, and delete your local save. Play the game up to the prologue extra case. Do that, save, exit completely. Bring your console back online, and when asked, choose to resync with Xbox Live. You won't lose any progress if done correctly, and it should add one more and recheck the achievement progress. Hopefully it unlocks at the title screen once the resync is done.

MajimaActualSurprise, surprise, if you check Mika's achievements you see this achievement finally unlocked for him. I can't stand when people report glitches and don't say how to solve them.

Think of tech help threads on google. "Help guys!!! My computer keeps getting blue screen of death whenever I try to install Warcraft 3, what do I do?????" And then the guy just posts "Nevermind I fixed it!!!!" without any further information.

LavindatharWell I can't get case one in the prologue to complete, the other five are fine.

I get the stamina bonus, but not the case completed message, and the tracker at the end of the game says 0/1

sonico16Hi, it got gliched for me... The only thing that worked was to disconnect from live, erase the save game file and play the game over again. Note 3 things with this solution:

    - You must connect to live to start the game on the Xbox Dashboard, then disconnect from live
    - If you quit and restart the game connected to live it will ask you if you want to keep the cloud versión or the local versión o the save game file, so it will not add your progress to the old file, you must do the complete game again in a new file.
    - The achievement will not pop if you are disconnected from live as all other achivements in Xbox One.

    Hope this helps.

KJer25There is a known glitch where Kayson's first extra case will not save in the prologue. It happened to me. The way I was able to solve this was by hard resetting my console, then re playing the prologue skipping through all dialogue options very fast. Get to the point where you can accept his extra case, then immediately skip the cutscene by double tapping B. It will then register as having been completed, popping the achievement. As soon as this popped the Steamed Clam then showed up in Amanda's shop inventory, and that was the last thing I needed to eat for the food achievement.
