  https://www.trueachievements.com/GroatHardstroke.htm 's idea in the comments of Br0ken Ghost 's solution was so good, I had to make its own video so everyone could be aware.
  
  The fastest way to unlock this achievement involves creating a custom castle, with only a single bonus room structure, right next to your gate. Kill an enemy at the beginning of the round and then proceed to blow up your gate, if you're explosive is levelled it should demo your structure as well, thus ending the level and posting you to the leaderboard.
  
  Rinse and repeat for all 16 survival levels and you're 30g richer

  Great guide. Worked a charm. Forgot to get a kill on 1st level and it didn't unlock until I had a score on each level +1

  It should be noted that all levels are not unlocked until deep within the game. After finishing the kings and viking campaigns, i only had 11 unlocked/playable.

  A fairly straight forward achievement. The key to this one is getting at least one kill in each level. I played through all of them, Hero Survivor missions included, and it didn't pop because I started each map and left it without killing a single foe.
  
  There are two ways to tackle this one:
  1, play through all the survival maps legitimately trying to get as far as you can.
  2, use an explosive projectile (hopefully one you maxed out during the campaign) to blow down your own gate, kill a couple of baddies, then let one capture your flag to end the match quickly.
  
  If you're looking for the most expedient method, I recommend option 2. ALSO: I can confirm you don't need to score a kill in each Hero Survival mission. As stated above I played through all of them before the achievement popped, but I didn't score a kill in several of the maps. If anyone can confirm for me that you don't need to play through Hero Survival at all, let me know and I will update the solution.
  
  EDIT: According to user RuhanR there is no need to play Hero Survival, he unlocked the achievement without having played it at all.

  How do you actually unlock all the maps? I've completed Royal Airport in single player campaign, but still the survival map for Royal Airport is locked.

  You have to play all the way through the campaigns to unlock all the survival levels, I'm not sure when the individual maps unlock, though.

  Got the achievement with a score of 10 on most leaderboards.. I had to look at this solution because it didn't pop at first--thanks for the tip about the leaderboards, Stonecrest had a score of 0 for some reason...
