I'm starting this challenge rather late, so this solution will be a work in progress. I'll list the approximate fitness points needed for 5 stars as I earn them. Keep in mind 5 stars is the highest rating you can earn on any workout, so you may have to put forth some effort.

Abs 1 - approx. 58000 FP for 5 stars.
Power 1 - approx. 60000 FP for 5 stars (thanks PlayerForty4!)
Fight 1 - approx. 80000 FP for 5 stars
Groove - approx 50000 FP for 5 stars (thanks Medrus!)

Some notes:

Abs 1 needs a towel, but all the other equipment is optional. Trying my best I earned 61k FP, so there is little room for error at least in my case. This has lots of floor exercises, so I imagine Kinect placement is essential.

Power 1 uses weights, but looks like it is easier than abs.

Groove is mostly dance moves (no equipment required) - stepping side-to-side and swinging your arms is enough to get 5 stars on most drills. It was very easy. I think I got 5 stars around 45k FP, but ended up with 60k FP. I'm not even that good a dancer.

I scored about 96k in Fight 1 - it wasn't too bad. No equipment needed. Lots of easy drills that include punching or kicking, and some intense ones that will get you sweating.

Final thoughts: This challenge may seem intimidating, but it is do-able. I think you'll have to be willing to give it a little effort and energy. I'd say if you are unsure about whether you want to attempt it or not, try Abs 1 first. That seems the most difficult of the 4. If you can get 5 stars in Abs 1, you should be able to get 5 stars in the others.

MathGuy42 has also pointed out that you must do each workout 1 time. You cannot do one of the easier workout four times for the challenge.

Completing the challenge will award you 4 stamps in your workout card.
