This is awarded for completing the first story mission in Year of the Snake. It essentially acts as a tutorial for Wei Shen in uniform.
Chase down the car and follow the directions of the civilians to locate the first suspect. You'll need to beat on him a little before being able to arrest him. The second suspect runs and stops to fight in front of a cruiser. Grapple him and press
when the Cruiser Arrest prompt pops up, otherwise you'll just slam him into the car.
The third suspect is a group of suspects and introduces you to the taser. If you were used to the
,
, hold
combo, that's been taken away here. The longer you hold them, the longer they're incapacitated. When they're done, don't forget to grab the shining evidence bag as a collectible. Get in the car and drive it towards the water; you don't have to be right on the GPS marker for it to count. Bail out while in the air and swim away to escape the explosion.
Investigate the address, and note that there's another evidence bag on top of the stacked cargo containers closest to your destination. Check out the evidence inside, then prepare for the last fight of the mission. Before too long, you'll receive backup in the form of two police NPCs, which will help serve as a distraction if you haven't gotten used to the cop controls. Once everyone is incapacitated or arrested, the mission ends and the achievement pops with the rewards.
