Firstly, do all the quests in each of these areas. Vorago Solitude is not until fairly late in the story.

The only location which seems to be out of the way and not used for anything was a building on the far east (right) in Vorago Solitude, which can be revealed on the map but you might not have been there.
If you open the map, in the top right corner there will be a looping cave. At the far right exit of the cave, there is a building called the East Pumping Station. This seems to be the only location most players are missing.

You can get there without going through the cave if you go straight to the east from the snick-it player, who asks you to find his ball. I had gone through the loop cave to the North and discovered the location upon exiting in on the east.

Another Location: Speleofool - "Turned out to be Seymour's Silo--a stupid-easy location at the southernmost point in Outlands Canyon (about 7:00 on the map) that I must have walked by 100 times. The area was open on my map."

I mention some other locations in the comments, but they're relevant to quests so if you've done all the quests you should have them.

To the Downvoters who may be wondering how I got this solution and why I didn't include every location, here's what I did. I completed the whole story and every side mission. I then went back to each of these areas and kept sweeping across the entire map of each one. This was the first and only area I discovered during that.

NaberiosI haven't down-voted, but I'm in a similar situation as SpeleoFool. I'm not missing Seymour's Silo, but I'm missing something.... somewhere. Completed the story & all side missions. All maps clear. Is there a hidden cave or building somewhere (something like that cave you fall into to fight that giant skag-looking thing by the lava)?

Warboy925+1 from me, East Pumping Station was what I was missing, didn't need the "cave"

Kanchanaburii don't understand the silo, there is a mission there. In fact, where you launch a missle. That cannot be missed if you do all the sides quests. However, i did find you needed to close in on that back shielded buidling to get the location to unlock on the east pumping station. Thanks!
