Once you get to the Moon, you'll start to suffocate and lose 1 health point per second. Janey Springs will setup an oxygen bubble, so you can breathe. You cannot use this, as it resets the internal timer for the achievement.

I used Wilhelm's action skill to keep me alive for the full 5 minutes. Once his skill is available, press 'cn_LB', so the drones can heal you. Repeat until it unlocks.

Alternate methods:
* Health Regen drinks purchased at Moxi's Bar for 10 moonstones.

* A co-op partner reviving with oxygen, but be sure to remove your Oz kit first. If not, you'll receive oxygen as well and that will reset the timer.

* Health Regenerating Class Mods (+1.1)

Important Note:
* You cannot unlock this achievement using Clap Trap. He doesn't suffocate.
