This achievement will unlock after you have finished all cases in the game. If you want to experience the game for yourself without the use of a walkthrough then please do so, however if you are wanting to play through the game for achievement purposes, I strongly recommend you follow the TA walkthrough word for word.

I wasn't awarded that, even though I've completed the game (and additionally the last mission for the second time) - ironically this earned me a Perfectionist achievement but not that one - is there any possibility to solve it?

I checked your achievements and found the problem, in the final case, you need to catch the thieves at the manor. Once you've done that, finish the case and both achievements will unlock.

I just received this achievement without finishing all 6 cases. I completed 1 - 5, automatically started 6, reached a checkpoint, quit to the main menu and then replayed case 1 (and conpleted).
I suspect the tracking is coded to have a case start count of 6, and a case complete count of 6, irrespective of which case.

That makes sense, I'm agreed with that, it probably is something to do with code, I didn't quit the game so maybe it has something to do with that.

I caught those sneaky bastards and wrapped up the case TWICE, to no effect, on my second run I've earned Perfectionist achievement but not Haunted House and Their Crimes, Your Punishments even though they should have

That's extremely odd, try replaying the first case, that might do something? I have no clue what's happened I'm afraid

I've already done it, because on my first try I missed Brawler achievement
I also tried replaying all cases, interacting with Toby and quitting to the main menu
and now I am finally stuck

Only missing this achievement. No idea how or why it didnt pop
EDIT: Went to see All My Achievements on my profile (on the xbox) and it popped. guess it does a check or something when you do that?
