  You find the shotgun in mission 11. Near the beggining of the level you find the shotgun on a dead guy on the ground. Just fire it once and the achievement is yours.

  If you have the Crew Expendable DLC then this is rather easy to get.
  
  Under Play Game simply choose Survivor Mode and then Dallas. He starts with the Shotgun with ammo in his inventory. He also has the Boltgun so you can also get
