How to unlock the Fault Detected achievement

  Using this method can earn you 3 achievements from a single Android. At the very beginning of mission 4 you will go down a hall way and see an Android with his back to you. Hit him a couple of times with the jack and then turn around and run to the beginning of the level. If you did not receive damage from the Android the "Not A Scratch" achievement will pop. Now go back and sneak up behind the Android and swing a couple more times and then flee again. Do this until he is dead which is about 6 to 7 hit with the jack. Once dead you will earn "Fault Detected" and "My Turn Now".

  If you're going for the

  The Just out of Reach achievement in Alien: Isolation worth 156 pointsContact your team and escape Comms without being attacked by an android

  you might not just kill the first android you see.
  
  Here is a solution to get the kill android achievement, almost effortlessly, right after you have gotten the achievement above.
  
  Mission 3.
  - After comms. After you have sneaked past the androids. you will get back to where you picked up the "security access tuner" earlier.
  - Go on the right side of the lobby desk. Thats it. Achievement is yours.
  

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***There is a dead android lying on the ground,

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***when you move away, the android will grab your foot, and you need to tap the button to survive. Doing this kills the android.

  Here's my video contribution. This details how to get three achievements at once (including Fault Detected) for the first android encounter of the game.
