In general, this requires completing every level in all 6 Arenas. There are 4 levels per Arena so 24 total levels to earn this achievement. Rather than go through each level individually, here are some tips to get through them.

-You will be limited to one hero and one villain per level. The villain can greatly help as it only loses time rather than health. This will allow you to save your health while waiting for a recovery item. In some cases you could run away with your hero and wait for your villain time to recharge and then switch to the villain to fight.

-In 1 Hit Loss arenas, you really get 3 hits before you lose. 1 for the shield, 1 for the Villain, and 1 for your Hero. Obviously the hero hit ends the round for you, but the other two can be a huge life saver during the fights. Try to utilize ranged combat at times and make sure to stay away from enemies area attacks. If your villain is hit, it will show the recharge icon next to his bar even though it might be full. You won't be able to switch him back in.

-In clone battles, sometimes you can't avoid the enemy cloning. There are only a couple levels where there is a clone circle and the center timed bomb, so unless this is the case the cloning circles shouldn't cause too much of a problem. In one of the final arenas with the mummy statue enemies (and single hit kills), I had them always reaching the circle and cloning and found 5 of them chasing me. Was able to kill them no problem in the end.

-If you only purchase the starter kit, Snap Shot and a Water Trap can be sufficient. I completed every arena with Snap Shot and an Evolved (Redeemed) Threatpack stored in my Water crystal. Threatpack is captured in Chapter 14 and then redeemed early in Chapter 15. His homing rockets are short range attack, but you don't need him to face the enemy to hit an enemy. There is a small area of damage for it.

-The only types of matches you can fail without dying yourself are the sheep protector and time bomb. For time bomb, you may need to take a hit to ensure that you are constantly dealing damage to enemies. Make sure enemies do not go to clone circles in these arenas so it doesn't get to be uncontrollable for you. For sheep protector, focus on just attacking an enemy. In many cases, if you attack them it will draw their attention away from the sheep (in general, the enemies will prioritize whatever attacks it). You can lose two sheep, just don't lose all 3 and you'll be fine.

Based on the challenges, Arena 5 (Desert Pyramid Area) was the most difficult. It's final stage had 1 hit kill and clone circles and time bomb each as a component. The laser tower at the northernmost point in the level can be a major annoyance. Movement is a must for this level.
