The 5 statues that need to be destroyed are in the very first section of chapter 12 as soon as you start. These statues are all gold. The very first one is right in front of you as soon as you enter the level. Statues 2-4 are on the island immediately to your left. You take a left over to them and there is also a soul gem over there. Cross back over to the beginning area and go right and take a bridge south. The last statue is on the left right next to a little house. There's actually more than 5 Da Pinchy statues in the chapter but the 5 I mentioned are all right at the beginning. Very easy!
