  I did this on Survival and you can get this Achievement in Chapter 3. Once you have cleared out all the enemies your going to want to pick up the Crossbow which can be located across and to the left of the barn. This will give you Explosive Bolts but you are also going to want Flash Bolts and they are found across from the barn up a tall ladder. You'll find extra Bolts nailed to walls where the Shotgun enemy was and on the stairs from where you got the Crossbow. Once you have all these items you need, you'll need to have 3 Explosive Bolts and 2 Flash Bolts. Walk into the barn and turn left and walk forward until the Sadist breaks free and equip your Explosive Bolts and hit him with all 3 once that's done switch to your Flash Bolts and hit him with 1 and he'll be stunned sneak up around the back of him and use your attack to sink him to he's knees. Back up and wait for him to get back to he's feet before hitting him again with a Flash Bolt and then sneak/stab him once more and the Achievements yours.

  **HEADS UP FOR THOSE GETTING THIS ON CASUAL DIFFICULTY** 3 explosive bolts will kill him. I did 2 explosive and then it took 3 Flash and stabs on Casual. Otherwise this is spot on.

  This takes place at the end of Chapter 3.
  
  After gaining access to the final area, you'll need to get a chainsaw to open the gate. The chainsaw is only found on the sadist which is a boss type enemy found inside the barn. Before going into the barn and releasing him from behind the gate, you'll want to explore the house with the rifle man on the balcony which contains a bow and shotgun. You'll also want to go up the ladder of the tall watchtower in the middle of the area where you'll find flash bolts at the top. You'll also want to disarm traps in order to gain parts to craft a total of 3 explosive bolts & 2 flash bolts. With your equipment ready, it is time to go to the barn and release the sadist by shooting open the gate.
  
  Once the sadist comes out you will want to directly hit him with 3 explosive bolts as fast as possible. After those 3 bolts you can use you shotgun to hit his legs from a distance in order to weaken him a little, but make sure you DO NOT KILL HIM. With the enemy weakened, you'll want to take out your flash bolt and aim it near the enemy's feet, in order to stun him. Once he is stunned, crouch behind him and press the button prompt to preform a stealth knife strike. If he is weak enough he will die on the first try. If not, use your second flash bolt and try it again in order to kill him. If your knife strike kills him the achievement will unlock.
  
  If you are not successful, you can craft more flash bolts, or die on purpose in order to be reset to a checkpoint so that you can try again.

  At the end of chapter three, an enemy will break out of the barn with a chainsaw. You will need to injure him with any weapon so he is almost dead. (Three explosive bolts will work perfectly). Then Use a flash bolt to stun him, then sneak up to him with then press to sneak kill him.
