  Actions

  The easiest would be freezing, burning and shock. You will get some amps for these effects very early.
  
  Just euqip the representive amps on the weapon you use the most and you will get this very early.
  
  The best would be the shock-amp for ythe first vynil-gun - it bounces between enemies. So the effect will trigger much more often.

  Here's my easy solution to this achievement which negates the requirement of any amps, upgrades or abilities.
  
  Simply repeat playing 'Weapon Challenge: The Shocker'.
  
  I did this fairly early on in the game without even owing the gun in question in-game; but found grinding/infinite ammo blasting the enemies effect.
