after you earn your first "badge" a tutorial will come up explaining "overdrives", and how "badges" unlock them. you get badges from performing normal actions during gameplay ex: grinding, bouncing, wall running etc. Following the tutorial will lead you to assigning an overdrive on your character screen. the achievement should pop during the tutorial once you've selected your first overdrive to equip. the more badges you earn, the more overdrives you can unlock and assign.

I got my first overdrive by grinding, however a much faster/easier way to rack up badges for Semi Auto kills is with the method I have made outlining how I got a few other kill based achievements. Very early in the game to get to, and is a nice way to grab a batch of cheevo's at once!

    Hope this helps!
