Smartphones are hidden phones that look sort of like Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phones. They are usually in buildings in areas where there are rooftops, but they can pretty much be placed anywhere. These ones are extremely hard to find all 40 of without the use of a map, but a lot of them can be found while fighting enemies and doing missions by accident. To obtain one, all you need to do is approach it, and press

Now, the game does a pretty good job of providing you with collectibles maps. They are easily purchasable with Overcharge, but I like saving my charge for better weapons. So I went and searched online for an awesome map of all the Smartphones.

To purchase your own maps, all you have to do is hold
on Two Hat Jack, hit
or
twice, press
, and scroll through the list of maps for each and every collectible.

There is 1 phone missing from this map.
If you fast travel to The Diner (middle of the map) there is a challenge directly above the fast point.
From that challenge marker, travel directly west to the sail boat docking place; On the northern dock right at the very end (right below an advertisement) is the final smartphone
