These can be obtained by buying the collectible maps from Two-Hat Jack, and then collecting them in Sunset City. Once you have completed the story and challenges it is extremely hard to get any overcharge for it. You don't need the 100k weapon, I bought it and I struggled getting overcharge, so buy the maps first! If like me however, you are finding it hard to get overcharge later on in the game, this is the method I used to grind overcharge quite quickly to help me get the last maps I needed.

This setup will help speed things up, to get the most of your time:

Weapon - Hair Spray Bomb with SECOND AMENDMENT amp (this allows the weapon to keep regenerating ammo so you never have to use anything else)

    Overdrives:

    OD Killer
    Fizzbot Killer
Electric damage (only use this if you use the Chance of Lightning Epic Amp)
    Fire Damage
Sacrifice single shot (50% more damage with the hairspray bomb)

Load up Mission A heros duty and follow the video below :)

thomaskoratKarmachang, on that mission, go backwards to previous fizzbots, then come back to the bridge bit.

ProfJuhI spent about one hour and a half grindind this method in the video and only got like 11k cans, which means it'd take me another 20 or so hours to buy every map in the game. There's gotta be a faster way :(

    ***NEW METHOD*** (CONFIRMED!)
There's a game braking glitch that will allow you to get this, and reload an older save afterwards to get all your OC back so you can buy guns instead of collectible maps!

Technically you could just pick up the same collectible over and over again, but to save time, here's what you want to do: while playing through the story, pick up every collectible you see, so by the end of the game you should only have a handful of every kind left. Then quit the game, go offline from Settings->Network, start the game up again, and go buy all the collectible maps you can. (dont worry if you cant afford all maps at once, just buy ALL maps of a certain type of collectible, and you can repeat this for the remaining ones) When you have collected them all and get your achievements, just quit the game again and delete the save from the console for Sunset Overdrive by clicking 'Manage Game' clicking the save game and choosing to delete 'From Console' ONLY. Go back online from the network settings, and load up the game and your previous save will be downloaded from the cloud with all your OC from before going offline so you can buy guns instead of these expensive maps!

This also works for upgrading 20 guns to level 5, and for the 50 gold medals!
but NOT for the 250 cloth items, as you have to own all of those at once.
(check respective solutions for more detailed information)

PS. My original solution was just a theory because i did this by accident, so this revised version is pretty much a copy paste of how D4 B1GD0G got this to work too, so a HUGE thanks to him for confirming this in the comments of my "I Like Them All" solution! :)

This is a solution if you are having trouble unlocking a collectible-type achievement that the game thinks is completed.

I completed the entire game (including DLCs and got all achievements) and had one achievement glitch on me at 95% (Explorer - 20 Sightseeing locations) in the achievements app. The game menu of Sunset Overdrive said I had all 20/20. I tried to go back and get all of the locations again in one sitting and it still did not pop the achievement. I uninstalled and re-installed and that did not work either. Lastly, I waited a few weeks, no pop.

The issue if you have a collectible-type achievement glitch in this game is the fact that it uses Cloud Saves and does not allow you to use manual saves. So when you load up the game, it loads the save from the cloud without asking and makes it difficult to bypass....but not impossible!

The only way to get a collectible achievement to pop is for it to pop on the that final collectible. And the only way to go back and get that to happen again is to start a new game, unfortunately. Once I was done with all the other achievements, I attempted to bypass the cloud save sync that happens right after you press cn_A on the main menu screen. Note: I was originally playing on an Xbox One X and I could not get the game to not sync...I tried going offline but it told me I needed to be "online" to play but this is because the Xbox One X was not my Home Xbox...

So I downloaded Sunset Overdrive onto my Home Xbox which happens to be an Original Xbox One with the plan to not sync the cloud save (by possibly going offline) and start a new game, progress the story to after I unlock amps, then visit all the sightseeing locations again in one sitting. I booted up the game online and was able to cancel out the cloud save sync first try (Press cn_A on the main menu, save sync pops up that you need to [quickly] press cn_A to cancel then scroll right once cn_right and press cn_A to select Stop Sync). Note: I assume the Go Offline method would have worked the same but I did not have to go that route.

This took me to a new game where I selected whatever options they offered to get into the game as quickly as possible and then I got to the part of the story where I defended the first defense zone and received amps (prior to this, the sightseeing locations were not available on the map). I then used a guide map to find all locations as efficiently as possible. Once I popped the achievement, I closed the game, went into the save options and deleted the local save from the console. When I booted up the game again, it automatically downloaded my completed game save from the cloud which still had everything collected and completed!

Hope this helps someone out there if you had any issues!
