Avalon is a character that must be purchased before you can get this achievement.
Champions Quest Episode 1 must be purchased before you can get this achievement.

Once you have Avalon, I would advise getting her up to level 10 before attempting this as it will allow you to have unlocked the extra damage, health and ability upgrades that come with each character level.

When playing level 5 in the first episode, before you encounter any enemies, you will be able to go straight ahead to a corrupted area, or to the left up a small path. Head left and you will have to kill a couple waves of enemies before freeing a spark. This spark will create a lang bridge accross to a small waterfall where you can then activate Avalon's Wellspring.

In the Wellspring, you basically have to survive a few waves of enemies. Not hard at all so just use techniques you already know to get through it and your achievement should pop as soon as you return back to the waterfall.
