I picked Power Forward and changed the type of player to Post Scorer.
Difficulty Rookie, 82 game season, 1 game playoff, sim length 12 mins (important), accelerated clock and injuries off. Press
and turn autosave off, turn all messages off, fatigue off, and reduce foul frequencies to zero. Finally turn all the rules to off.
Play the first game (can turn quarter length down to 2 mins if you want), and get drafted, then sim to the end of the season. Increase your key skills to 99 first then set about increasing everything to above 70 and so on. At the playoffs you can save, reload, and sim to win the championship. Could be that you get better offers by winning the championship. Change teams if you get a better offer, (i.e. a starter offer in a playoff team as opposed to a bench player, the more minutes the better). Keep simming and you should get in the all star team by around 2020 (could take longer for some). And if you want the MVP easiest way is that when you are the top points scorer on your team just win the playoffs by saving/simming and you should also get the MVP for the playoffs, which counts for that achievement. This will also get you to level 90, just sim to end of season and increase stats each year.
