After beating the Nightmare Princesses dungeon a new dungeon will open to the left of NP's dungeon called the "Totally Freaky Dungeon". Simply clear this dungeon and this achievement is yours.
To be more clear, from NP's dungeon go down 1 screen, left one screen, and up one screen I believe.
