After fainting, Clementine has managed to get you to a small lock up. You will try lifting the shutter but won't be able to. Work your way along the counter and you sill sit on the floor opposite a door with a walker security guard inside.
Tell Clementine to get a baseball bat, which is all the way to the left of the screen. Then tell her to smash the window, grab the stool near by and upen the door.
Tell Clementine to get the keys or the gun and she will be grabbed by the walker. She will drag it out towards you, and knock over a tall stand. Kick the basball bat over to her and she will kill it.
