This Achievement requires that you unlock an additional colour for TJ Combo. The first colour unlocks at level 3.

I found that the achievement didn't pop when I unlocked the colour. If this happens to you, hard reset your console (hold the power cn_guide button down for ten seconds, then wait a minute and press it again). You then need to unlock another colour for TJ Combo for the chievo to unlock.

Others have suggested turning your console to offline mode, deleting your save, then unlocking a colour and turning it back to online mode, but I haven't personally tried that method.
