    "On Truth and Reconciliation. Once you reach the bay with the two ships on the main floor, in the very [far right] corner there will be a door that opens up with Hunters and Grunts. You will need to go through this door as quickly as possible, as you'll notice that it locks if the enemies aren't coming out. It will lock you out unless you run to it as the enemies are coming out"

    DolphinChic03Actually...u can still get it if u aren't quick enough to run thru the door while enemies are exiting it. The door will reopen if u lure 1 of the hunters (probably any enemy) back towards the door for the hunter to enter.... just run ahead into the door to grab the skull. If you're playing co-op & ur buddy didn't make it thru the door with u, then after the hunter is killed in that corridor, the door will open for u when u pretend to exit the corridor so ur buddy can run in to grab the skull too.

    Level: Truth and Reconciliation - For collectibles we have the Foreign skull 2:05 in the video and Terminal 3 at 2:38. The Foreign skull is in the room with the large energy barriers looking out into space and a Wraith nearby. When the corner door opens releasing two Hunters, run in past them to grab the skull before the door closes and locks. The terminal is on a platform to your left in a square room with Elites in it (the same room you find Keyes in during Mission 9: Keyes).

    This skull is located on Truth and Reconciliation. It is about half way through the level whee you see Phantoms in a hanger. Your marines will help kill some of the covenant. You will need to head to the far right corner door that is locked. Eventually, enemies will come out of this door, but will only be open for you to enter during this time. You also might need to activate the checkpoint if you camp that door the entire time.
