    Didn't get was at the end of the room. facepalm
    At least I learn how to jump.
    I jump right after chief put down his arm after throwing the grenade.
    I think it's the correct timing.

    Zeppelin041I found it easier to get black eye skull by just having a second controller and stand on the guys head instead of grenade jump.

    Goggs25At least you have a skull there I finally got up there and there is no skull for me I have checked the video guide to make sure I gone up right hope I have nothing also checked the achievement and it show i have not unlocked it either

    Level: The Library - For collectibles we have the Black Eye skull (6:41), Terminal 7 (7:05), and the Eye Patch skull (07:35). The Black Eye skull is in the 2nd vent up to your left just before you enter the very first small doorway. You have to grenade jump onto one of the nearby pillars to reach it. For the terminal, when you reach a level where you're headed toward the huge central life/hole and above you is a large blue glowing thing, follow the pathway to the right instead of the left and crouch-jump over the sloped supports to reach the terminal. At the end of the level on the top floor, when the music kicks up and flood are chasing you, just follow the path to the right all the way until it dead-ends to find the Eye Patch skull between two pillars.

    This skull is located on the Library. It will be at the beggining of the level before you enter the big open index chamber room. You will need to grenade jump onto the box by the vents. The skull is located in the right vent if you have your back to the door that goes into the index room. You more likely wont see the skull, so just keep running forward up the vent until it notifies you that you picked the skull up.
