Your goal for The Oracle, like all other levels, is 25,000 points. The par time is 25:00. You'll want a multiplier, but you can still have a 2.00x at about 40 minutes, so no rush. For this guide, I was playing on
heroic.
Set your scoring and HUD to competitive score, so you can keep track of time and score as you play. The time is already applied to the score, so once you go past 25 minutes, you'll notice the score start to drop. You should have enough points that this won't matter.
Getting kills without dying builds up your killstreak and earns you more points. Multikills also give you slightly more points.
Skulls:Anger - Enemies fire their weapons faster.
Catch - Enemies throw and drop more grenades. I noticed this also seemed to affect your grunt allies.
Famine - Weapons dropped by AI have half ammo.
Fog - No motion tracker.
Iron - Dying resets the level. If you die, save and quit. Then resume to continue with points intact. Doing this will reset your killstreak, however, meaning you'll get less points per kill until you build it back up again!
Jacked - Can't enter ground vehicles except by boarding. There are no ground vehicles on this level.
That's Just...Wrong - Increased enemy awareness of player. Makes camo pretty much useless. You can probably keep this skull off. The times I died and wasted time could have been prevented with camo.
TIPS:-There's a trick to getting a lot of extra score. If you take out a flood intact, and let an infection form reanimate it, you can kill it again for more points. This can happen over and over for the same flood, as long as there are infection forms about.
-Stick with the carbine and energy sword. Use the carbine to score critical hits against flood (shoot them where the tentacles burst out of their chest. It's a one-hit-kill). Use the sword when the flood get too close. For sentinels, 3 shots is usually enough to take them out. Headshot all heretic grunts. Mostly use plasma grenades (they're EVERYWHERE) against heretic elites, or snipe them with the carbine if you can spare the ammo.
- On the lift there's a little nook you can take cover in. It's on the part of the lift that moves back and forth, opposite of the door. You have to jump to get into the nook. I stayed here the entire ride and did not die. You have a good view of two locations that flood drop down on and you can easily 'headshot' them. Take out sentinels and flood with weapons first. The weaponless flood have a hard time meleeing you. Hop down and pick up carbine ammo when it's safe.
-
IMPORTANT. The large room with two platforms in the middle will be where you get most of your points. It's the room after the hallway after the lift. Don't jump down at first. Eliminate everything you can. Remember to let infection forms reanimate corpses. Once everything is dead, hop down to trigger more enemy spawns. More heretic elites will show up. They're deadly, so stick 'em. Once they're gone, jump up onto the second level on the other side of the room, where the famine skull is on Legendary. There's a couple ways of doing this.
This is not my video, but it shows one method of getting up there. You'll be mostly staying right where the skull would be, only thing you have to watch out for is flood spawning on that level. Snipe all of the flood, pop the carrier forms and let the little guys reanimate all the flood you killed. Repeat until there are no more infection forms and everything is dead.
-Kill everything before breaking each cable. More enemies spawn after breaking each one.
-The boss fight isn't too bad, just make sure you conserve some carbine ammo for this part and stick to cover.

WATCH THE FINAL CUTSCENE. Sometimes skipping it will not unlock the achievement.
I was able to get 60k in 39 minutes. You can probably do this much faster if you don't die, or at least get frequent checkpoints. There's a lot of room for error.
FINAL NOTE:
Unfortunately, the par score achievements in this game be can stubborn about unlocking. I've had to play through some levels twice. You may want to wait for a patch if you don't feel like repeating levels.
