    There are a total of 15 skulls available in Halo 2. The following skull can be found in the video below. It is ok to use the Scarab & Envy skulls in order to do this. The timestamp for its exact location can be found directly underneath.

    IRL Games Xgreat guide xbox now takes a long time for this to pop took 10 mins for the skull achievement to unlock after picking it up.

    Right at the beginning of Outskirts after you go through the first door. Look up and jump onto the light. Look left and Crouch Jump on the next platform. Turn left again and walk the narrow path which has the Blind Skull sitting at the end.

    Hey Guys here is a video showing where to find the "Blind" Skull on Halo 2.

    It can be found on the Level Outskirts. There is a light right outside the video first door you can grenade jump off of. Once up the skull is on the platform.

    New ParalyzerYeah, had a discussion about that on the channel. I swear back on Xbox you had to grenade jump. I think that's even the way G4 showed it off back in the day. Until this game that was the method I knew. Lol I went the wrong way because the graphics threw me off. That was my first time playing the level.
