    Mission: Quarantine Zone

    From the beginning of the mission, quickly get in the Spectre and go inside the building. Follow the hallway, enter the large room, and then desend using the right hand side ramp. In the very corner of this area, next to the cliff side, you'll see a Scorpion (tank). Get out of your spectre, and press the board to board and hijack this scorpion. Use melee to kill the enemy inside without blowing it up. Once the enemy is dead, unboard it, then board it again to get inside the tank and the achievement will unlock.

    MoustachioJust lucked into this one, lol. Someone, teammate or enemy, apparently killed the occupant. I drove up and saw a free tank. Hopped in and the chivo popped to my surprise.

    Quarantine Zone - For Six Pedals Four Directions, there are several Scorpion tanks in this level that you can grab while playing as Arby, one of which is unoccupied so you don't even have to hijack it. I've included a video below showing the first one, which you have to speed over to quickly in a Ghost to hijack it; as well as the second one, which you can just jump into after you clear the area of enemies.
