23 0 0Actions Report Solution Mission: Cortana - This is a misleading achievement. There are only 7 ‘terminals’ in Halo 3 (at least in regards to the cumulative 'all terminals' achievement). This one is a special one and is located below the floor in the room mentioned above where the Tilt skull is located. From where you enter (facing toward the exit), turn 90 degrees to your right and head down the ramp, then down another ramp leading underneath the central area to find this terminal. Start at 07:50 in the video for this one.
