    Obviously you just have to complete the mission without entering a vehicle, however I just did this and it didn't unlock. I definitely did not enter a vehicle. However I did climb on a wraith to destroy it and I did get in those circle turrets that shoot purple bullets. Which leads me to believe that one or both of those voids the achievement, so stay clear of doing both.

    Edit: Hey Im Swat says its the turrets that are counted as a vehicle. So do not enter a circular turret on this mission.

    Edit2: Jaucoholic says climbing on a wraith to destroy it also counts as entering a vehicle

    Edit3: There is now reports saying you can climb on a wraith and still get it, it may have been patched or fixed I don't know, to be safe I would still avoid both but of course its up to you.

    DO NOT ENTER A CIRCULAR TURRET OR CLIMB ON A WRAITH TO DESTROY IT ON THIS MISSION. BOTH THINGS COUNT AS ENTERING A VEHICLE AND THUS VOIDS THE ACHIEVEMENT.

    Simply DO NOT enter a vehicle throughout the entire mission.
    Make sure to play on easy to reduce the difficulty of this achievement.
    Dying does not void the achievement.
    If you know your way through the mission, you can hit par time with ease by walking all the way through.

    BownzinhoI’m fairly sure you can easily beat the par time achievement and get this at the same time. I missed by two minutes and I went the wrong way on the final highway

    UPDATE August 16th, 2019: Irken in the top solution comments has mentioned about picked up heavy weapons possibly counting as vehicles! Avoid those heavy weapons with your main account also. Heavy weapons are the Covenant Plasma turret and the UNSC Heavy Machine Gun.(You go into 3rd person view when holding them)

    There is a far easier way to get this achievement if you have two controllers!
    Sign-in a guest, and have them use all the vehicles(I've made the mistake of confusing my controllers once, it doesn't work if the guest doesn't get in a vehicle and the main controller does unfortunately). I've discovered that secondary accounts don't teleport into your vehicle fortunately if there's an empty seat!
    I used my main account only for hanging onto power weapons for fun, and generally wasting time. This was much easier than I expected. I did it on Normal as part of the Wheels, Wheels,.. playlist.

    I killed everything, took the driver and gunner out of the first wraith then used that to slaughter everything past that point as well. I never stepped close to a vehicle or anything you can get in or out of with my main account.

    And that's it! I was very nicely surprised with the 'pop' after doing this. smile

    Hey, if you're a pro, you can do it in 4 minutes or less with your secondary controller!! (check out the ridiculously good video on youtube.. )

    HyperglideWish I had known this before I did it. I completed the whole level without boarding any vehicles on the map (Warthog, Chopper, Wraith) or punching a Wraith and I never popped the achievement. I couldn't figure out why. But when I read this guide, I remembered that I did remove a MiniGun to take out a Wraith and I assumed this is why I never got the achievement to pop. So I can confirm not to get on ANY turret. I figured the Shade ones would be considered a vehicle but I thought the regular plasma or UNSC turrets wouldn't count cause you can remove them and use them as a heavy weapon.
