How to unlock the Tighten Up The Graphics achievement

    Tighten Up The Graphics

This is the same basic idea as the Halo: CE achievement seeing in both remastered and classic.

Note: This achievement seems to be a bit buggy, so when going for this one, doing any achievements make sure to stay in each mode for at least 5 minutes each, I went through the campaign constantly going in and out, finished with 88% progress, TA progress bar hasn't budged. If you find the answer please let me know via comment or private message, as soon as someone finds the answer or I unlock it myself I will update the solution. I did every mission doing this in Co-op so if you go for this, try doing solo, if it doesn't unlock, try Co-op.

Using your cn_back button just go in and out on each level before finishing each mission and when finishing the campaign you will unlock this achievement.

When going for this I go in and out of classic and remastered when I get to the skulls. In this I love to play on remastered most of the time, but when it comes to those skulls, just go back and forth. Or what a friend and I liked to do is compare the cut scenes the difference is insane.

If you die before making to a checkpoint make sure to do it again (if you did it and it didn't save).

There is no exact way to know which missions you did both ways so you will have to try and guess which one you missed and mark them off on paper or Notpad on your computer/laptop so you don't keep trying the same missions. (When you mark them off make sure you were at least 5-10 minutes in classic and Remastered mode.

In Halo CE theres a method to do every level instead of finishing all the missions until you obtain the achievement, instead swap the mode, get to a checkpoint without dying, try the next mission.

Note: This only works if you finished the level from beginning to end already. So give it a try and comment if it works for you smile

Good luck and have fun toast

    OG ShadowBoaMine is all over the place;
    This achivement - 96%
    Complete on easy/normal both - 92%
    Complete on heroic - 88%
    Complete on Legendary -87%

Did a coop legendary playthrough originally on release, I got achivements normally up until the final 3 levels and the level completion achivements stopped tracking (not sure if i used skulls at the time), then I did a solo normal playthrough with no skulls and still struggling with these urgh...

FitzbonnamelI was stuck at 96% for a very long time and then I found a site that breaks down some games' achievements to the specifics. I found out I was missing Gravemind, so I jumped into the cut scene, let it play for a minute, and then switched to the classic version and it popped immediately. Here it is for anyone that is stuck on just one like I was:

    lightsup55@Fitzbonnamel,
Just copy and paste the URL of their Gamertag homepage (via TrueAchievements) to insert the Gamertag into your post. You can just right-click their Gamertag and choose "Copy link" if you're using a computer. On mobile (i.e. Android/iOS), tap and hold on the link to get more options. To paste on mobile, just tap and hold inside the text box, then tap "Paste".

You can also add an at symbol (@) just before the URL to make it look like you are directing the comment to them.

Put in my Xbox ID, found the Tighten Up the Graphics achievement, and it told me which level I still needed to do both in. Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    ChockaShockaI got it.
I started Halo 2 Anniversary at the first level, played at least 5 1/2 continuous (not dying) minutes in 1 view mode, then switched to the other view mode (classic & remastered), doesn’t matter which view is done first.
On some levels after I got a checkpoint, I saved & quit. On others, I finished the level.
If I died, I let the game restart automatically. If the game crashed, I restarted the game & chose “Resume” sometimes & other times I restarted the level.
Sometimes I just let the game run with my guy parked for several minutes.
