    Confirmed tonight that you CAN in fact use checkpoints and still get this achievement. I tipped over 6+ times during the first checkpoint and 1 or 2 after the second and still got it but reverting to checkpoints. I never killed myself to revert, always did it from the menu.

    I really did it pretty normal, just speeding through and if i tipped over reset to last checkpoint, I'm sure if you went a little slower and stayed on the ground it would take less time over all.

    Sylis3DYou can also easily complete this with the Achrophobia skull active. Just fly your way through!

    burtondude33As of December 11 2023 the Achrophobia skull trick still works, just be careful about hitting the ground too fast. Never had to enter a warthog.

    To add to other sulotions: you can actually tip the warthog and still get the achievement as long as you are not forcibly ejected. Meaning that when it seems that you are about to lose control of your vehicle, immediately press X to get out of the car. If you are able to trigger the exiting animation, the game does not count that as an ejection.

    I managed to escape a crash twice in my final run and got the achievement.

    FoolsAndKingsI agree with this. My mate just got it and I flipped the warthog on a jump, but it was my fault and we were not blown out.

    Level: The Maw - Now for the level-specific achievement. In the harrowing ride through explosions and flood, you must keep your Warthog upright. As with so many others, this one will be easier for you on a lower difficulty and isn’t tied to Legendary, so take that into account before making too many attempts at it on Legendary. The biggest hurdles here are making sure you don’t catch the lip of a ramp wrong and flip your hog, and to avoid getting too close to the exploding flood enemies.
