There are a total of 8 different Halo 4 Playlists in Halo MCC.
In order to get this achievement you need to complete 3 different playlists. Completing one playlist multiple times does not give you progress towards the achievement.
It has to be 3 different playlists that are completed.

    Playlists:
    Recommended playlists:

    The Covenant threat:
Missions: Dawn, Requiem and Composer on Normal difficulty
    Canyon Combat:
Missions: Forerunner, Reclaimer and Composer on Normal difficulty
    Tight Corridors:
Missions: Dawn, Shutdown and midnight on Normal difficulty

    Not recommended playlists:
LASO Campaign: every mission in Halo 4 on Legendary with all skulls on
Easy Campaign: every mission in Halo 4 on Easy difficulty
Normal Campaign: every mission in Halo 4 on Normal difficulty
Heroic Campaign: every mission in Halo 4 on Heroic difficulty
Legendary Campaign: every mission in Halo 4 on Legendary difficulty

Of course you can take any combination of 3 playlists i have listed above.
some playlists will be completed by doing other achievements like:
Halo: The Master Chief CollectionNaked TyrantThe Naked Tyrant achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection worth 271 pointsHalo 4: Complete the Halo 4 LASO Campaign playlist.

and while doing this you will get:
Halo: The Master Chief CollectionChest of GoldThe Chest of Gold achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection worth 41 pointsHalo 4: Complete a Halo 4 playlist.

Paw McCatneyIn case anyone is wondering, beating the Legendary Campaign playlist solo also counts for the Lone Wolf achievement, so you can get one of your three playlists on that, and then just choose two of the three easier ones to finish up this achievement.

I ASK NO ONEI have done 2 playlists not trying for this and now I don't know which I have done. Is there no way of knowing which are done? I did solo Legendary so I know that's one.

    Edit:
After looking I saw the playlist option. I did missions from one playlist listed here, but got no credit for it. It must be played from the actual in game playlist option to get credit.

WhoIsJohn117For Tight Corridors, the good news is it starts you on Rally Point Bravo on each level. The bad news is if you were hoping for a speed run of Shutdown, it doesn't work. Even after clearing the first tower where it starts you and getting access to a Pelican, the usual speed run tactic does not work. The final tower door will not open until you clear the first two, so the other two playlists may be faster if you are doing two plus LASO.

KatfewdI believe this achievement is not possible at all as the Halo 4 campaign playlists aren't tracking progress :( I've tried multiple over the past couple of months and absolutely 0 progress has been tracked. Even finished the Tight Corridors today on both PC (via Game pass) and Xbox (SX) and no progress saved :( :( :( :(

KatfewdManaged to find a solution this after looking more in True Achievements and Reddit.
I had issues with Halo 4 playlist progress not saving at all I had done all needed playlists for all other games, but when I tried halo 4 LASO or Tight Corridors on Xbox, and separately on PC, nothing saved.
I then followed SaP RaZzor's comment (Mcc playlists no longer tracking) as well as Seyguhh suggestion from his reddit thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/qlgu0s/halo_3_mcc_pla...) and it worked.

    To do this:
    1) From Xbox Home, go to MCC, but don't launch it. Press cn_start and go to Manage game and add-ons.
    2) Under Saved Data, press your proile and choose DELETE EVERYWHERE.
    3) Now launch MCC. All playlists progression (including ones completed) are gone. However, if you start any game's mission, any Completed playlist will return to normal. For example, in all Halo's apart from Halo 4, I had at least 3 playlists completed. Before I started a mission in each game, they all showed 0. But after I went through one checkpoint in one mission of each game, the completed playlists returned back to normal.

Important note: Any incompleted playlist will revert back to 0 and you'll lose all saved progress. So if you have any playlist partially completed, I suggest you complete it before doing the above.

After doing the above, I tried Halo 4's Tight Corridors playlist and quit after the first mission (Dawn). I was so glad to see that the progress saved and I can resume it. Similarly, started Halo 4 LASO and quit after the Prologue (which is only a cinematic). Progress saved again :)

    Hope this helps.

soundlessb00mI had completed the LASO playlist as well as covenant threat and canyon combat (3) yet the achievement didn't pop.

The playlist screen showed them complete but my stats still showed as 2/3.

What I had to do to fix this was hover over the completed playlists so the game loaded my stats on the mini screen as if to register the playlist again. Achievement popped straight away.
