The best place I found to this where you can grind out the full 1000 in less than 20 minutes is on The Covenant. You're best just to leave this achievement until you've got all Halo 2 and Halo 3 achievements (and Halo 3:ODST if you have it).

Load up The Covenant on Halo 3 using Rally Point Bravo and playing on easy. Jump in the Hornet and head across to the landing zone. Around here you'll get a checkpoint allowing you to drop down into the two entrance areas and kill the 10-15 Brutes that are hanging around. Kill them all then restart the checkpoint.

I saved the clip grinding out the kills to help explain - skip to 2:50 to show the grind starting.

Upvoted for the location, but you should probably remove the reference to the clip that's been removed.

Just to note the achievement's title is a reference to a meme that was started from a Photoshopped image from an episode of Jepordary! (VIDEO GAME HISTORY was the category) during Final Jepordary. It was first tweeted on January 8, 2014 by cartoonist @VectorBelly (Mike Rosenthal).

The original answer/question (watch the video on YouTube):
THE TITLE PRINCESS OF THIS GAME, WHICH LAUNCHED A BEST-SELLING FRANCHISE WAS NAMED FOR F. SCOTT FITZGERALD'S WIFE
- Two constestants wrote "Who is Zelda?", which is incorrect.
- What is The Legenda of Zelda?

It is a little misleading, but it did mention the "title" princess of this game and "best-selling franchise".

I boosted this achievement on Halo 2, Chapter 13 - Uprising, easy mode.

There are 8 Brutes at the beginning of this chapter and you can easily take them out with the Enery Sword that you pick up from the floor just before you make a right turn and encounter the first Brute. Once I killed the 8 Brutes I kept restarting the chapter untill I got the achievement.

It takes two hits to kill a Brute if your facing it directly, and one hit from behind. You can use the Arbiter's invisibility shield to sneak up on the Brutes.

The map layout is somewhat annoying as you have to do some walking to get to the Brutes. On average, it took me approximately between 40-50 seconds to kill the 8 brutes as a result of the distance traveled. I needed about 530 kills when I began boosting this achievement and I was able to obtain it in just a little over an hour.

Correction: You Grinded this achievement on Halo 2, Boosting is multiplayer with other people, grinding is single player. Also the funny thing is I unlocked this achievement before I even started the Halo 3 campaign, meaning you really don't have to grind this achievement.

Reach custom firefight works for this. Follow the same kind of approach detailed by Reborn Insanity and JullianGG in the "T'vaoan Terminator" and "Chol Von's Not Gonna Like This" achievements. [How do I put a link here?]. Basically set all waves to Brutes, set shields to invulnerable with immunity to assassination and the other one, set ammo to bottomless clip.

Use the following if you want!

Needler as main weapon, rubber-band RT. Also rubber-band RS to spin continually. Stand in the middle of the Corvette room and watch the kill counter go up. The Brutes are more annoying than Skirmishers, though, as they make you fly across the room fairly often so it's not as AFK as the Skirmisher one and you need to check your position. 400 kills in 15 minutes.

I saved the settings as "Brutes", not an expert at this so not sure if anyone else can see the file.
