    SpirantCrayon22like Haloguy2710, I picked up the skull but nothing happened. I think I have a clue as to why. I'm currently doing the four-game playlist but before starting that I had made some progress in Halos 2 and 3. I was on "Uprising" in 2 and "Sierra 117" in 3. For "Uprising" I did not get the achievement for completing that level while running the playlist and now for "Sierra 117" I did not get that skull achievement. I hope that doesn't mean it's broken!

    Edit - it unlocked when I reached the troops behind the plasma shield, as I was about to press RB.

    DandyDavido97Anyone still struggling to unlock, try on Legendary difficulty. Had problems getting it on Normal, popped first time on Legendary!

    Mission 1: Sierra 117

    For Blind, you’ll approach the cliff ledge before turning left to continue the level. Before heading left, look down over the cliff ledge toward the water and to your right and you should see this skull. In the collectibles this begins at 00:07.
