How to unlock the I saw everything achievement

    English:

    A secret room is not only a room behind a breakable wall. its also a room behind a door you have to unlock with a rune or just a room well hidden.

    I think the best time to do dis is after the chamber of lies before going to the final boss. In the citadel you have to fight the captain (The hurt man after the second boss who don't want you inside the citadel). He drops the Garden Key (Point 10 on the Map).

    Ein Geheimraum ist nicht nur ein Raum hinter einer Wand die man einreißen kann. Auch Türen die man mit Runen öffnet oder abgelegene Areale zählen dazu.

    Ich glaube am besten sucht man die Räume nach der Kammer der Lügen bevor man zum Endboss geht. In der Zitadelle muss man den Hauptmann besiegen ( Der verletzte Typ der nach dem zweiten Boss nicht will das du die Zitadelle betrittst), er lässt den Schlüssel zum Garten fallen (Punkt 10 auf der Karte.

    Found 2 nice guides if you prefer text ones. Secret areas are rooms sealed with runes, hidden behind breakable walls or hidden behind wooden planks/shelves.

    There is more then 15 rooms in the game so you can miss some. Progress carry over between playthroughs but specific room count only once. My achievement unlocked on NG+ when I found 1 missed room in secret area with spiders and Concerned Monk brother.
