  The easiest way to get to get this achievement is to go to a fortress, get caught and have reinforcements come in. Once you see one of many to come helicopters come in, take it down with C4, Explosive Arrow, RPG, M79, and the GL-94. Aim for the central area of the chopper for it to deal damage to the people inside. Should pop first try, I think it's easiest to use the GL-94 or M79.
  
  Hope this guide helped. You can also get helicopters on some campaign missions but if you've beaten the game like me, just go to a fortress.

  I may have simply got lucky, but before chasing down my first 'Pagan's Wrath' convoy, I made sure to take an RPG with me. I flew a buzzard at a safe distance from the convoy to see which way it was headed, then landed ahead of them. Pointed the RPG at the first truck and it blew up two trucks simultaneously. Achievement popped, now that's some simultaneous love baby.

  Got this during the main campaign quest called "A Culteral Exchange"
  
  An easy quest in the main campaign quest line to get this achievement is during the quest where you defend the monastery (Chal Jama Moastery located at approx. x: 493, y: 500).
  
  When Pagan's minions call in reinforcements there will be a few of the red "Technicals" or truck/jeep type vehicles retrofitted with the guns attached in the truck bed. There will be 4 bad guys in at least some of these vehicles.
  
  Without even trying to get the achievement unlocked i was able to get a 4-kill in both the Xbox 1 and the 360 versions of the game.
  
  While the other solutions look good to me, i just wasn't able to get 4 kills (several 3-kills but no 4's) with one explosion after several attempts.
  
  So, if you are just average at shooters, like me, maybe try for four kills in one explosio during this quest. I just threw a grenade at the tires of one red truck as they stopped it. In my other game i was using a grenade launcher at an incoming Technical with a foursome. Hope this is helpful.

  Just did this on the same mission except with the helicopter. It basically hovered directly over my head so I just whipped out the RPG I had.

  The easiest way to get this is to go to the shannath outpost and enter the arena. Select weapon challenges and then select a grenade launcher. In the higher rounds (there are only five) four enemies come out of the biggest doors. Aim and fire. Done. The door I did this with is the one that opens onto the main lower area of the arena. There is a small door either side up the steps and a massive door in the middle. You can also work towards arena rank 5 for another achievement.
