How to unlock the Mystery Solved achievement

    Actions
    This achievement is story related and cannot be missed. It will be unlocked as you progress through the story campaign. These missions are marked with a black exclamation point.

    Some players are having these story related achievements fail to unlock. I you have this happen to you, you can resolve this by replaying the last memory in that sequence. Do this by opening the pause menu, selecting the progress tracker, finding the sequence you are missing the achievement for, then pressing A to replay the memory.

    Death in DubWhen you get to fight you're "target" there will be a some (3?) B button sequences. When they appear mash the B button & ignore the screen prompt. To make it a quick series of fights i used smoke bomb then my sword (upgraded cinquedeas). I was stuck here thinking my game had broken because of the QTE. Just mash the shizzle out of the B button. Cheers.

    B4SILSadly I can’t unlock it :( I’ve replayed the last memory of the sequence and it never popped. I finished the sequence a long time ago back when the game was released and still today it wont unlock for me

    Brutal Guts@ B4SI same i beaten the final, the dlc dead kings, seve mission 1 shows white bar but wont let me play/replay i redo the 6th but it just puts me back where i am.... i truly dont want to restart, this has crushed me so hard

    MauldroidI have not been able to get this achievement, I did play the last sequence and that didn't work. Does anyone have a solve for this?

    OddsackI can confirm this works. I went offline and played the story on a new fresh save file all the way to the Sequence 8.

    Then I just exited the game, then I just went online again, and after a minute, the achievement finally popped up!

    Captain0ats88Having issues with this achievement as well. I really don’t want to have to start a new save file but I’ll try that and see if it works. Thanks @oddsack
