Introduction
While these are designed to be ‘co-op’ missions you can actually complete them by yourself in Private. In terms of the 18 missions, I got the achievement through doing:

3 – In a Private match on my own (Pressing cn_X on the mission start screen)
5 – In a Public match in which no other players joined and so once again on my own.
10 – In public matches with other players.

So I believe that you can do a mix of private and public in your progress toward this achievement. To be safe I would ensure that at least one mission is Public.

Co-op Missions Summary
• You can complete the co-op missions on your own if you do not find any other players.
• You can desync in a mission and you will respawn with no penalty.
• There are 11 Co-Op Missions (listed below).
• In each co-op mission there are between 2 and 5 ‘Sync Points’ which are needed for the ‘I Got The Skills’ achievement – WOW DYLAN’s excellent guide for that achievement will show you where each sync point is.

Co-op Mission list
• Heads Will Roll – Level 2 difficulty – 2 players max
• The Food Chain – Level 2 difficulty – 4 players max
• The Infernal Machine – Level 3 difficulty – 2 players max
• The Austrian Conspiracy – Level 3 difficulty – 2 players max
• Danton’s Sacrifice – Level 3 difficulty – 4 players max
• Jacobin Raid – Level 4 difficulty – 2 players max
• Political Persecution – Level 4 difficulty – 4 players max
• Les Enrages – Level 4 difficulty – 4 players max
• Moving Mirabeau – Level 5 difficulty – 2 players max
• The Tournament – Level 5 difficulty – 4 players max
• Women’s March – Level 5 difficulty – 4 players max

Heists Summary
• You can complete the heist missions on your own if you do not find any public matches - you may actually prefer to do this if randoms keep desyncing on you.
• If you, or any other player desyncs (i.e. dies) then the mission instantly fails and you must start over again.
• Getting detected reduces your mission reward but has no effect on completing the mission and having it count toward the achievement.
• There are no sync points in the Heist missions.
• There are 7 heist missions (listed below)

Heist Mission list
• Tithing Templars – Level 2 difficulty – 2 players max
• Catacomb Raider – Level 3 difficulty – 2 players max
• The Party Palace – Level 4 difficulty – 2 players max
• Royals, Guns and Money – Level 4 difficulty – 4 players max
• Smuggler’s Paradise – Level 4 difficulty – 4 players max
• Ancient History – Level 5 difficulty – 4 players max
• It Belongs I A Museum – Level 5 difficulty – 4 players max.
