How to unlock the Patron of the Arts achievement

  You can "unlock" the Café Théâtre after finished Sequence 2. The Cafe is located on the east Side of the Paris Map. Here a Picture (red Circle)
  

  

  
  A performance on the stage is only in the daytime, so come back to the Café Théâtre when its Daytime. Go inside to the left Side (Bar) and Arno interacts (he drinks Coffee)
  Watch the currently performance and wait that a new performance starts. When a new performance starts, do really nothing with your Controller. Is the performance over, leave the Bar and the Achievement unlocks.

  Here in 2021, this wouldn’t pop for me sipping coffee and watching from the bar. I had to move closer to the stage where the camera angle changed, so I knew I was in the right spot. The achievement popped as soon as the play (a one man show) ended.
  
  For reference, I have not completed any of the cafe missions either.

  Greetings from 2022, this just pop for me. I had to watch two stinky plays from the coffee bar, but it still works 😜

  Once you have started the mission to renovate the Cafe Theatre, you'll get to explore it a little bit. The main area is the coffee house, which is also a location that holds a performance stage. As you upgrade the venue (renovating rooms, resurfacing floors) patrons will fill your main hall and performers will perform on your stage.
  
  When an event is taking place, have Ano stand near one of the barricades. You'll know it's working when he leans against the rails with his arms crossed. Achievement will pop after a performer takes the stage. You may have it pop when a poet is speaking, or a musician is playing too, I don't think the system is that picky. If you have issues just wait it out for a few seconds.

  Hey guys, check out my video below for this achievement and a few others!
  
  Business and Pleasure: You need 50,000 Livre. In Arno's house/Theatre you receive money every 20 mins so just keep collecting from the chest whenever it is full!
  
  Master Architect: You need to upgrade all 5 sections of Arno's house/Theatre, you can do this by using the book near the money chest.
  
  Patron of The Arts: Once you have upgraded the theatre, you need to stand at the table by the stage and watch a performance.
  
  Room With a View: In Arno's room, you need to walk out onto the balcony and look out over Paris until the achievement comes up.
