Each outcast mission is a 2 part mission. The 1st part which is indicated by a small fist symbol on the map will require you to free some slaves from some Uruks who are beating them. Freed slaves will then mention some allies/friends who are in a predicament somewhere else on the map. The 2nd part of the mission is marked by a bigger white fist symbol in the style of main mission markers. These bits require you to free tied up slaves from enemy areas. Once all slaves are free you will get the mission complete screen and some xp and currency for upgrades.

Each 2nd bit of the mission has a bonus objective that rewards you with bonus currency. These are usually along the lines of stealth executions, poisoning grog, etc and are not particularly difficult to achieve.

There are 24 missions in total, 12 in each of the 2 map areas.

Early missions are usually 3 slaves to rescue but they go up to 5,7 and even 10 in the last mission.

Don’t worry about having slaves die. They seem indestructible. One mission has a bonus objective of bringing caragors (big dog like creatures) in with bate, they just leave the slaves alone whilst destroying Uruks.

Earlier missions are easily achieved with stealth, but later missions can be done anyway you like, because as you level up and gain abilities/power, you can just walk in and start carving your way through enemies.

This achievement isn’t hard, just a bit repetitive.

Good luck with the achievement.
