24 3 1Actions Report Solution Ability upgrades are the small icons next to the normal abilities. When you level up you get a skill point. Just buy the upgrade for any already unlock ability to unlock the achievement. You will start the game with a couple of abilities that can be upgraded. The achievement description is misleading. In Dragon Age 2 you can upgrade abilities twice, but in Inquisition you unlock both upgrades at the same time. 11 2 0Actions Report Solution This will come naturally while playing. You'll need to know that it does not mean unlocking a new skill (the big icons), but unlocking the small icon ability next to the skill. Also you can not upgrade your character while in battle.
