This video from HappyThumbsGaming is one of the best i've found that shows you exactly how to complete the level, just follow it and you will get the achievement without any problems. :)

The bonus level is unlocked when you complete all story levels.

Might be worth adding the level is available after you finish the story and you can follow the ghost studs to start the level.

Is it possible that it this achievement unlocks only for the player that discovers/enters the level ? I was playing co-op with gf and after we completed the level the achievement unlocked for her gamertag but not for mine

It have been reports in previous lego games that only player 1 receives the achievement, i have never played the levels as anything else than player 1 so i can't confirm that for my self, if you replay the level as player 1 you should get the achievement
