This achievement can be a total pain in the butt, and a hefty grind to boot, so here is the best way to go about it.

The ranking system in the myclub mode (vs COM) seems to be non-existent at first so let me clarify. You start on Regular difficulty and then have to progress to Professional, Top Player and finally Super Star - at which point you need to win 6 consecutive games for the achievement. To play vs Com games, go to the second page (to the right) of myclub mode and it is the large middle option. You can also play vs Com competitions but I'm not sure if these count towards promotion etc.

To progress up the difficulties you have to win games, but it never really explains how many. In fact you have to win 18 games to go from Regular to Professional, then another 18 to go from Professional to Top Player and so on. Bear in mind that ONLY games you play and win in the vs COM mode count, so any matches in myclub against online opponents, in cups/competitions or in Simmed games will not help you here.

HOWEVER. Any time you lose a game it throws out those stats. I got promoted to Professional having won 18 games and lost 3 (I lost after ten straight wins thanks to my system freezing, then again a few games later and finally I lost 3-2 to a team full of world class players but actually got promoted AFTER losing). So this is not an exact science. My stats upon reaching Superstar were as follows: Won 54, Drawn 3, Lost 7. So that can be a bit of a guide for you.

What does seem to be accurate is that if you win 54 games in a row you will get to Superstar difficulty and, from there, you need to win a further 6 games in a row to unlock the achievement. Bear in mind that if you lose too many games in each difficulty class then you could end up being demoted again so it can take even longer.

Actually winning games can be made easier by abusing the A.I. First of all it is on you to take the lead via any means necessary (a good striker will help IMMENSELY) and then you need to get the ball again. At this point carefully pass it back to your goalkeeper but don't move him. The other team should stand still. At one point one of their players will rush him - just pass the ball to a defender and then, when the attacker moves, back to the keeper again. This should make the other team static and your keeper can just stand with the ball until time runs out. Repeat for the second half for an easy win. (Sometimes the A.I. will rush your keeper more than once, depending on which defender you pass the ball to - but this method always works eventually).

The main thing that makes this difficult is that you need a good enough team to compete as you go up the rankings, especially as the other teams you play are made up of teams created by other users and some of them are ridiculous (one guy had a subs bench with Messi, Ronaldo and Bale on it). The only way to get players is to play games and earn GP, then you can use GP to buy top class (75+) players via the Top Agents. You also generally get a regular Agent after every game too, so you can sign a random player for free via that method.

Here is the way to get a pretty good team (they will all be 75+ but getting REALLY good players is random, so good luck) with minimum effort as you can just SIM games.

First of all create two squads (go to the squad menu, top middle on the first myclub page, then hit Y for the Team menu and select create a new squad). One squad will have all of your 75+ players and the other is just to earn you GP. Put any players that you have that are 75+ rated on the first team and the rest on the second one. Then just repeat the following steps:

1) Log into myclub everyday. You will get free GP, stamina boost and 100 coins (every ninth day) just for doing this.
2) Play at least one vs COM game and win it. You will get roughly 3,000 GP for winning your first game each day and this helps you towards the achievement. Use your best team for this to make it easier.
3) Use your rubbish team to enter competitions. Go to the team screen and switch squads to your bad team first and then go back out and to the second main page and select the competition box in the top right corner. Once in there you will usually see a SIM competition that starts every two hours. Enter this when it becomes available.
4) Simply SIM as many games in the contest as you can. You can normally SIM at least 4-5 if you get in straight away. But remember that your latest three results count. So if you win one and draw two, stop playing, as that is usually enough to get into the top 16 for bonus points. You will be getting 700 points a game if you lose, 1200 for a draw and about 2k for a win. Plus, you will get 500 bonus points if you don't make the knockout stages and 2000+ for each stage after that. You will also get a new Agent after every match you play.
5) If you make the top 16 then just keep simming until you get knocked out. I actually got all the way to the semis with a crap team and earned a hefty 5k reward as a result.
6) MOST IMPORTANT. Never renew the contracts of your crap players (unless you literally have to, in order to play a knockout game). Keep an eye on their contracts and swap them around if needs be. You CANNOT add new players to your squad, subs and reserves while in a competition so bear that in mind.
7) When your crap players contracts expire go into the game plan screen, select them and then release them from the squad. You will not get anything from any of the starter players BUT any players you sign will net you at least 250 GP when you release them (plus the GP they earned you from competitions).
8) Never, EVER, use multiple agents to increase your odds of getting a good player. Just use them one at a time to get a full squad so you can run down their contracts for more GP. Only ever spend your GP on buying Top Agent players and renewing their contracts.
9) For a manager save up your myclub coins. You get 100 every nine days plus a bunch for doing random tasks (look on the myclub completion menu on the third page to see what you have to do). The best managers can ONLY be bought with coins, so save up until you see a guy with at least 600+ management skills and a formation you like. Also, if you go into the Record screen (also third page) after you have played 10+ games then you can randomly get rewarded with GP/coins too.
10) Repeat and profit. I started this method over the weekend and my crappy team often made the knockouts and would randomly beat much better squads with 90+ teamwork with shocking regularity. As a result I went from having 20k GP to having nearly 100k GP without playing a game directly (other than my two daily vs COM plays for the 3k bonus).
11) Bear in mind the need to renew contracts for your good players/manager. Contracts last for ten games but it will cost you 1000 GP to renew a contract for a 75 rated player. The higher they are rated then the more they cost. I have an 84 rated player that costs 2550. An 87 rated player that costs 2650. So don't blow ALL of your money just buying players. Make sure you have some held back to keep them on the pitch too. Same for the manager, you can only buy the best managers with coins but can use GP to keep them going. Assuming you only use your good players to play vs COM games, then you'll need them for at least 60+ games.
12) One final thing to take into account. Each player has a "cost" value with better players having higher costs, and better managers having higher management skills (i.e. are able to use more high "cost" players - my manager can use up to 700 points worth of players). All 75+ players will have a cost of over 20 points and your total team cost is made up of all the players that you assign to your squad on the squad management screen. So it includes the starting 11, seven subs AND 5 reserves on that screen (any other players you just have in your general squad but not assigned to this screen don't count). So if you want to use all of your top players you may need to ditch some reserves or have some subs that have zero or very low costs.

IMPORTANT - The competitions are not always running, but you can do a similar trick by simming divisions matches too - there just tend to be less people on that mode and you don't get the bonus points for participating. Still easy points though.

ALTERNATIVE STRATEGY: If you are actually willing to play the game and can win with even your rubbish team, then a better return can be had by entering the vs COM Competitions. You can earn massive rewards from the harder events (up to 20k) and you can get about 2k points per match won. Obviously you have to win to make this worthwhile, but it's an option if you can grind out results. However, the difficulty levels in these events can vary and I'm not sure if taking part in these events will impact on your attempt to get 6 Superstar wins in a row (if you are trying for that). SO maybe only enter these events before you get to Superstar difficulty or before you start your attempt for 6 consecutive games.

TL:DR - have two squads. All your 75+ players and a good manager on one, for playing the vs COM matches. Then all of the rubbish players you get through regular agents on the other. Enter SIM competitions with your crap teams to earn points/agents and run down their contracts, once they hit zero just release them for another GP bonus and funnel all the profits into your A-team and all your free players (from Agents) into your crap team. Repeat until you have a good enough team to emerge victorious.

Good luck. As even if you buy 10+ Top Agents there is no guarantee you'll get what you want. But this method at least stops you having to spend money AND means you don't have to do much either.
