Unlike the challenges, each consistency badge only counts once. If you do not buy the DLC, this means you will have to complete each workout two or three times to earn enough for a bronze badge.

Consistency badges are awarded through the Climax bonus stages. The good news is if you're only going for this achievement, you aren't obligated to do the entire workout, just the bonuses. There are three different activities, depending on the workout.

Happy Feet: Highlighted pads on the ground. Running in place will usually net a fair amount. Rapid fire stomping like you just discovered a colony of spiders works really well, but it's also incredibly tiring over three sections, especially if it's a leg workout.

Knee Up: Reach out with both arms, grab, and pull into your rising knee. This was the worst to get the consistency challenge in two rounds, especially if the tracking doesn't favor you on one side, so you may have to go for three.

Speed Bag: The easiest of the bunch, reach your arms out and circle your hands to hit the object as many times as possible. On the last round, there's an object on both sides where you can easily double your normal amount. I can usually get 80-120 in a normal round, and 180-240 in the final.
