I was having a hard time getting this to unlock because I know I had been to all Lantern Planets (I had completed most tasks) but yet this achievement had not unlocked. Then I decided to do all planets back to back in one go. I went to the moon hub and traveled to each planet, once I traveled to the planet, I traveled back to the moon and then went straight to the next planet. Once I reached the seventh planet the achievement unlocked. It seems you might have to visit each planet in succession or all in one go. I have also heard rumors that you might have had to unlock the Green Loontern, but I can neither confirm or deny this. Six planet hubs are located in the Moon Base building (Nok, Zamaron, Odym, Okaara, Qward, and Ysmault) the seventh hub (Oa) is located on the moon on the opposite side of the planet as the Moon Base building.

Apostle92627 confirms that you do not need Green Loontern to get this.

    spegelbilderI did the same thing...
I went to the moon hub and traveled to each planet, then back and took the next planet from the moon hub.
    The achivement unlocked then.

Apostle92627I can confirm you don't need Loontern to get it. I just did as you said and I haven't finished all his quests yet. I just have his Ysmault quests to do.

CrazyXVirusI can confirm that you don't need to keep going back to the moon base to get this achievement.

PR0PHECY G1RLThanks! I was afraid mine wasn't going to pop since I had finished most of the missions and races on all the planets, so I knew I had been to them all, but when I did them all together it popped.

Delith+1. I as well visited them all but I didn't use the moonbase portals for most of them, I just used the map (select button). It seems you need to visit them from the moonbase cause once I visited the ones I didn't use the moonbase for, it popped.

GhostJohn325I can confirm you don't need the moonbase portals, because I had been using the map. It seems you just need to visit all the planets in one play session. I had been working my way through the planets, but I had completed one in a different session (Zamaron). When I went to visit that planet it unlocked.
