The easiest way to get these situational achievements is to create a deck with spells of one color and lands of another color to play against. This deck will simply play land and nothing else as it won't be able to play any spells. Note that 60 card decks can have no more than 30 lands (no fewer than 30 non-lands) otherwise they cannot be used.

This achievement is sort of tricky as you need to play three land-acceleration cards by turn four, which requires both having them to put into a deck AND drawing them early. The key cards are:

Elvish Pioneer from Zendikar:
Cultivate from Theros:
Kor Cartographer from Zendikar:

If you don't have these cards, then you'll need to play Exploration nodes on the appropriate planes to win booster packs which may contain the cards.

Single Player --> Campaign --> Innistrad/Zendikar --> Explore Innistrad/Zendikar

I built a G/W deck with as many of each of those three cards as I had and also a few Elvish Visionaries, which can be used in a pinch on turn two or three to draw an extra card. I filled out the rest of the deck with red cards to reach 30 (I used red to make identifying the key cards easier in my opening hand), then added something like 18 forests and 12 plains- 30 land total.

The ideal setup is to play an Elvish Pioneer on turn 1 (this is pretty much required), allowing you to put an additional land from your hand into play. Then, on turn two, play Cultivate, getting two lands from your library, putting one into play and the other into your hand. Then, on turn three or four, use either another Elvish Pioneer, Cultivate, or Kor Cartographer to put a third additional land directly into play. Assuming you made your standard land drops for each of the first four turns, you'll have seven lands on turn four, unlocking the achievement.

Since this requires such specific cards at the right time, there's a lot of luck involved. You'll have a much easier time if you have multiple copies of each card involved. Also, you'll likely end up mulliganing and restarting a bunch until you get the right cards. Good luck.

Edit: liviaro suggested to also use Cloudshift from a Battle Booster (win multiplayer duels):

You can cast this on an Elvish Pioneer or Kor Cartographer to re-trigger their coming into play ability, allowing you to put another land from your hand into play.
