    You need to get level 18 to unlock this. You should get this by the time You finish the amateur tournaments of both 8ball and 9ball. You get most for beating higher ranked AI players and for earning accolades. A quicker way to level up is by beating a 2nd controller in 8ball in a local multiplayer game. Pot black with controller 2 for an instant win. Then offer rematch. Rinse and repeat. Also counts towards Your 100 8ball wins. Hope this helps

    KinectKid333Just a note: this unlocked for me after I completed my first game while level 18, not after the game that I reached level 18.
