  This can be done in Forge with two controllers.
  
  Load up Bloodline in Halo 2: Anniversary Forge. Pick up any respawn point, click and choose 'Delete All Of These'. Place a new respawn point anywhere you like and place a gungoose beside it. Have the second controller enter human-mode and kill itself. It will respawn at the respawn point. Get on the gungoose with your main account and open fire on the second account. It will respawn instantly. Kill the second account 24 more times. Easy as pie.

  Thanks. It wasnt quite as straight forward as the guide made it seem. But it worked out fine. The respawn points didnt want to all delete. I had to delete them with Player 2. There are a total of 250 respawn points available to use.

  Instead of hitting "delete all of these" choose "delete by palette" then choose "spawning" That gets rid of any possible variation of a spawn point or area and saves alot of time.

  Really good solution, because it doesn't require deleting stuff from an existing map just to get started (like the other solution..).
  
  The only thing I would add is to press (X) while still on the Option screen (before starting), so you can change one of the teams. I started this and we were both Red so I was betraying by killing... Other than that, super great and easy solution! Deserves more Thumbs ups!
  
  I actually got this after about 11 kills, so it's obviously cumulative from previous games, even better!

  The other 2 guides are great guides, you should definitely check them out, but if you don't have a second controller (or any friends), this will be an easier solution.
  
  Just use the action sack playlist for H2A (4v4), and to my knowledge, and testing, CTF gungoose edition is pretty much the only gametype. You will easily be able to achieve this if played multiple times. I played 3 times and wasn't even focused on this achievement and was already past the halfway point.
  
  You already spawn with the gungoose, and your objective is to Capture The Flag, so if you go on offense, you will take out any defensive players, and if you are defensive, you can just chase the carrier and their escorts.
