If you want it quick as possible, the best method i found to do is if you have Branded War Chief is to accept the mission beck and call then you just need to dominate him. Then you just can just dismiss him, Then just repeat the Mission till you have it done. I only found this out later when i was doing the other missions. You get the brand skill later on, as you do a story mission.

HalidocDon't know what the downvotes are for, took me ~25 minutes to get done using this method. Definite +1 from me.

Twigleaf Twigs@ Halidoc Same. I don't know why people put down votes on guides that obviously work. Even for guides that work, but may miss a quicker trick like this. People just troll vote.

This solution is for post game play, for those who want to get it done the quickest way, rather than trying to do the story based missions. The missions required, do not have to be story-based missions, so the post game is actually a good place for this.

The easiest way I found to complete this challenge, after having beat the main game, was to simply do easy " power struggle " missions with a couple of dominated Uruk Captains.

First, round up 2 or 3 random Captains, and take the extra time to get at least a couple dominated. Having them dominated is important for the main purpose that their followers will not turn on you, and also it makes for easy one sided power struggle missions you can quickly complete, and simply keep fast travelling around the map. These missions are represented by the blue crest struggles around the map, and each time you complete one, simply fast travel to a tower, and a new mission should appear with the same dominated Uruk. Just make sure to not accidently kill off the dominated Uruk, and this will simply turn into a very precise grind to 30.

I found the Execution, and Trial by Ordeal missions the easiest of the missions, but all are easy to complete.

EDIT: Thanks to Chris Scarce, and MysticWierdo for mentioning the method about using the " Beck and Call " mission with a dominated Warchief, so that may be a way to do them fast also. My post-game, I did not have any Warchief's branded, so I simply used the easier Captains, and I did not think of trying the B&C method mentioned by them.

Also, if you simply enjoy just playing the game, and not worried about getting it done fast, the free DLC with Lithariel's quest would help to knock out a lot of missions, since that scenario is based on killing off all the Captains and Warchiefs without dying. Using the Power Struggle missions makes it easier to kill off some of them.

MysticWeirdoIf you have a branded warchief, just do his beck and call mission. All you need to do is dominate and dismiss him.
Took me about 20 minutes to do this 30 times.

iamtfcExactly what counts as a quest? Any mission you start with RB?
Posted by iamtfc On 09 Dec 14 at 06:19
Twigleaf TwigsHello iamtfc, I assume any event that you do start with RB, that are shown on the map as either yellow, white, red, or blue crest symbols. Picking up relics, and symbols do not count ( I assume ). The solution I wrote above was simply based on post game, where there is no longer any story missions to do. So rather than start a new game, and assuming you do not have a full regiment of Uruks to deal with, as long as 1 to 3 dominated Uruks ( and as MysticWierdo stated , a warchief with the Beck and Call mission ), you should for the most part, have a choice of easy power struggle missions to do. Like the ones where your dominated Uruk kills a Caragor (sp?), or ghuls. You can just help him out, and none of his minions will turn on you since they are all branded and controlled by you.
You may have a little issue with some of the missions in areas, such as forts, where random Uruk sets off Alarms, etc. However, 80% of the time, the dominated PS missions could be completed in 30 sec to 3 min each depending.

Thanks also to MysticWierdo for pointing out the Beck and Call. I did not at the time, have any Warchief's dominated/branded, so I did not think of that, but the way it is explained, seems to be very easy for those who have a branded Warchief.

In fact, the Free Content they added a couple weeks ago, to play as Litharial (sp?), to kill all Captains & Warchiefs without dying would be a fun way to knock most of this challenge out. That free content can take anywhere from an hour to 3 ish hours to complete, but you are actually competing on a leaderboard for it. I have done it, but I accidently hit a brand button half way through it, and I lost the ability to be added to the elite scores. I didn't end up doing too well anyway.

Looking into the extra challenges they have just added, it seems a good idea for us to keep intact at least one of our save slots, and not erase it, so as to make some of the future challenges easier. Perhaps when the DLC comes out this month, they will take into consideration of adding a 3rd save slot.

This should be quite simple to do

If like me your not majorly far into the story of the game then this could be done by just finishing the story and doing a few side quests

Otherwise there are many different quests, I do believe quests spawn endlessly with the fact that warcheifs and captains continuously rotate when you skip time of day or die

So all in all this should come naturally during game play
