  The Bureau Raid is the fifth heist mission you'll do during the campaign. Steve Haines has you raid the FIB building so you can destroy the evidence about Haines illegal activities. After completing the mission you will get the cheevo.
  
  There are two methods to this heist. The Covert option has two prep mission which require you to steal a fire truck and secure a getaway mission. The Roof method doesn't require any preparation.
  
  The Covert option starts with Micheal pretending to be a janitor to get access to the 49th floor of the building. After doing some mopping, you will plant some explosive and be ready to leave the building. You'll detonate the explosive and arrive at the building in the firetruck disguised as firefighters. After taking the elevator up to the 47th floor, you will have to make your way up to the 53rd floor to reach the mainframe that has the hard drive with evidence you need. Once you secure the hard drive, make your way out of the building to the getaway vehicle. Escape the cops and then head to Lester's house to finish the mission.
  
  The Roof option starts with driving to the NOOSE Headquarters where you will wait 'till midnight before flying in a helicopter to the FIB building. After reaching the building, you'll jump out and parachute down onto the building. You'll enter the building from the roof and you'll have to hack into a server terminal to download the evidence you need. While the evidence is downloading, FIB security team will assault your position. After the download completes, you'll be forced to make your way down the FIB building while killing FIB agents that get in your way. With an experienced driver, they will arrive in an ambulance to make getting away from the scene much easier. With a poor driver, you will have to evade a four star wanted level in a van. Once you make your way to Franklin's house the heist will be completed.

  This achievement requires you to complete "The Bureau Raid".
  
  There is a video guide underneath the text guide if you prefer that instead.
  
  You have to start the mission as Michael. A cutscene will commence when you begin the mission.
  
  Fire Crew Approach
  After the cutscene, you will get in a car as Michael and have to drive to the FIB building. Once you arrive at the FIB building, you have to go inside to the turnstile. When you arrive at the turnstile, go to the elevator and head up, once up, go and grab your mop and bucket of water from the "Maintenance" room. When you grab your mop from the "Maintenance" room. You will now have to mop the floor, and if you run out of water then place the mop inside the water, then place a bomb in a unique place and move the bucket, then do it again. Once you do it again, place the mop and bucket of water back into the "Maintenance" room and go into the elevator to go to the ground floor and out of the building. You will then switch characters to Franklin and drive a firetruck towards Michael to pick him up, when you do, go to the FIB building. Before you arrive, you are told to detonate the explosive C4 inside the FIB building, once you do, you turn on your emergency lights. When you arrive, head inside the building and up the stairs to find the containment drive, once you find it, there will still be guards, so kill them and then you will grapple down the elevator shaft to get to the exit. As soon as you get outside, enter the firetruck and head to the getaway car location. Once you arrive at the getaway car location, you will need to destroy the firetruck ( ideally explosives but it is your own choice ) and escape in your getaway car to Lester's house to complete the mission. Achievement Unlocked

  Roof Entry Approach
  After the cutscene, you have to drive with Franklin to the helicopter and fly to the jump zone. When you arrive at the jump zone, you will jump off the helicopter with a parachute and land on the FIB building. You will get a cutscene of jumping inside the building. You will have to then hack the server terminal and that trips the alarm. This sends a firefight your way. Be patient, and use the cover mechanic as much as you can. When you finally kill everyone in your way, you will grapple off the building. After doing it the first time, there will be a helicopter, take it out. On your second time, you will get off the building. Quickly, head to the ambulance and head inside, then make your way to Franklin's house to end the mission. Achievement Unlocked
