In my opinion, the best way to obtain the Rotisserie Chef achievement in Chivalry, either legit or by boosting, is by playing free-for-all on the Arena map.

On either side of the map is a lever that ignites a fire trap. There is no limit on the traps. You can pull the lever as many times as needed.

If boosting, a minimum of only two players/accounts are needed. Have one player host a private match on Arena and invite the other player/account. Have the player who is not going for the achievement spawn as an archer (the class with the lowest amount of health) and stand next to the trap while the player going for the achievement pulls the corresponding lever, runs up to the other player and decapitates his head.

It'll be a bit more difficult if done legit, but is still very doable. In fact, this is probably the best way in the game to get this achievement if you can't or don't want to boost it.

The best weapon type in the game to get decapitations with would be the sword. The weapon I used was the Zweihander, which is the third two-handed sword available for the Vanguard class. It deals a high amount of damage and can decapitate in one swing. You have to get 100 kills with two-handed swords in the Vanguard class to unlock this weapon. You don't have to use the Zweihander, but it is the weapon that I would recommend, especially if you are going for this achievement legit.

Below is a picture of the Arena map, showing the lever and the fire trap.
